Teresa Valadez has been at Bradley Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center for over 12 years.  Teresa manages a staff of over 150 personnel to include Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Care Assistant Techs, and Unit Secretaries.  She is aided by Assistant Director of Nursing, Cathy Creasman.   Teresa is very knowledgeable of what is needed to maintain a skilled and long term care facility and offer the best care to our residents.  She is always striving for the best from her staff and is very involved in the everyday resident care.
