Skilled
Care - Highest level of care.Skilled care provides for care management of residents who may be
recovering from a hospital stay.May require different level of intense therapy or need complete
personal care.
Intermediate
Care - This level of care is for those who need some nursing care, but do
not require the degree of intensive care offered at the skilled level.
Respite
Care - Short Term Admission giving their caregiver a break for vacation or
rest.
Services
Pre-Admission
Evaluation - Home or hospital visits conducted by a licensed nurse to
assess resident’s needs.
Physician
Services - The opportunity for families and residents to choose from one
of our five attending physicians who meet Federal and State requirements
regarding visitation.
Social
Services - Staff available for counseling residents and families, acting
as resident advocates in preserving resident rights and coordinating all
available resources.
Restorative
Program - Specialized program designed to assist residents in maintaining
highest level of function.
Nutrition - Home style meals planned while honoring personal preferences.All diets are supervised by a Registered
Dietician on staff.A full range of
therapeutic diets are available to meet resident’s needs.
Medical
Director - A licensed physician is the Medical Director of the facility
and keeps in touch with the nursing staff and residents.
